We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our remote sales team. As a key player in the development and growth of our territory, you'll drive expansion through proactive outreach, including outbound calls and emails to potential and existing customers across the United States and Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate new business opportunities through B2B outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with our nationwide sales team to grow your territory.
  • Utilize CRM systems, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to manage pipelines and track results.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B and cold-calling experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Sales experience in commercial roofing or construction is a plus.
  • Background in call centers or expo sales preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
