888 Security Services is seeking experienced and reliable Security Guards to join our team for nightclub and late-night venue coverage. We are looking for professionals who can maintain a safe, controlled, and respectful environment while representing our company with integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working security in nightclubs, bars, lounges, or high-volume nightlife venues
- Valid New York State Security Guard License
- Strong conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to remain professional, alert, and calm in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Prior experience with crowd control, ID checks, and incident reporting highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and property
- Monitor entrances, exits, and crowd flow
- Check IDs and enforce venue policies
- De-escalate conflicts professionally
- Document incidents clearly and accurately
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
