JAdministrative & Marketing Assistant – Truck Sales Division

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our fast-paced truck sales team. This role requires strong computer proficiency, the ability to perform under pressure, and a genuine interest in the commercial truck industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling administrative and marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales department, including preparing documents, processing deal paperwork, organizing digital files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage and update online truck listings, inventory spreadsheets, CRM entries, and other digital platforms used in sales operations.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, spec sheets, social media posts, email campaigns, and dealer announcements.
  • Support brand consistency by ensuring truck photos, descriptions, and promotional content are polished and professional.
  • Coordinate customer communication, scheduling, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with sales representatives, management, and vendors to ensure smooth workflows and accurate information across all channels.
  • Handle time-sensitive tasks, last-minute updates, and shifting priorities without losing accuracy or composure.
  • Assist in monitoring marketing performance metrics, engagement, and customer inquiries generated through digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva or similar design tools, and the ability to quickly learn industry-specific software.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume commercial truck sales environment.
  • Excellent organizational habits and strong attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to adapt, problem-solve, and support a team-driven dealership operation.
  • Prior administrative or marketing experience preferred; automotive or truck industry experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
