Summary

We are seeking a 2nd Shift (2:00PM to 11:00PM) Machine Operator to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and contributing to our commitment to quality and precision.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various machines.

  • Operate machine once trained with little to no help
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting machine issues as they arise.
  • Document production data accurately for reporting purposes.
  • Qualifications

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

  • Mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming and operation.
  • Basic understanding of quality control processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
