We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring an Account Manager to oversee and grow our Northern Massachusetts territory, covering parts of Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk counties, as well as parts of Southern New Hampshire.

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, supporting vendors, and driving additional sales opportunities. You will act as the primary point of contact for both customers and vendors in your designated region, managing relationships, resolving issues, and identifying new business opportunities. In addition to maintaining a high level of service for existing accounts, you will focus on upselling additional services to further enhance our clients' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Orientation: Schedule and facilitate orientation meetings between new customers and vendors to ensure a smooth service launch.
  • Customer Service & Support: Provide ongoing, proactive, and reactive customer support through regular field visits, account inspections, phone calls, and email communications to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.
  • Complaint Resolution: Research, address, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Vendor Management: Monitor and coach vendors to ensure they consistently deliver top-quality service. Make adjustments to service crews as necessary in cases of underperformance.
  • Service Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to both existing customers and potential new clients, enhancing the overall service package and driving revenue growth.
  • CRM & Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all accounts in our CRM system, including notes on customer interactions, service changes, and any relevant billing updates.
  • Billing & Administration: Submit billing forms to the office for new account setups, service changes, cancellations, or adjustments in service levels, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Additional Information:

This position requires daily travel throughout Northern Massachusetts/ Southern New Hampshire to meet with clients and vendors. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary with additional opportunities to earn monthly commissions and bonuses. First-year earnings are expected to range between $75,000 and $90,000, depending on performance.
