Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to negotiate/problem solve effectively.

This is a full-time for a Customer Service Representative at Engrave It Houston. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries on the phone, email or in person
  • Responsible for handling inbound prospective customer custom engraving requests
  • Providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Performing general clerical tasks, such as filing, scheduling, invoicing, accounts receivable and managing client records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly

Duties

  • Handling customer inquiries on the phone, email or in person
  • Responsible for handling inbound prospective customer custom engraving requests
  • Providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Performing general clerical tasks, such as filing, scheduling, invoicing, accounts receivable and managing client records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Pay: $40, $45,000.00 per year
