Job Summary

As a vibrant and energetic Bartender, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. You'll be responsible for mixing beverages, serving food and drinks with precision, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and professionalism, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and welcoming environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
  • Accurately handle cash transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures
  • Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy hours by utilizing excellent time management skills
  • Follow all food safety and food handling protocols to ensure guest safety at all times
  • Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions by preparing drinks or serving food as needed
  • Monitor guest consumption responsibly and intervene when necessary to promote responsible drinking
  • Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies promptly to avoid shortages
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining establishments

Skills

  • Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, nightclub, or banquet settings, with a strong understanding of food service operations
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect quickly with diverse guests
  • Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing and cash handling
  • Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and alcohol standards
  • Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly
  • Ability to serve food safely while maintaining hygiene standards in food handling
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and calculating bills or tips
  • Experience with catering setups or banquet service is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations applicable to the food industry and hospitality environments
  • Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines in nightlife or hospitality venues
