Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, as well as experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing payments through POS systems such as Aloha and Micros.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items during banquets or catering events.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle peak service periods efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Aloha POS and Micros POS systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
  • Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
