Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dim Sum Prep to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Follows recipes for preparing Dim Sum dishes in accordance with ease of preparation, established procedures, and budgetary constraints.
  • Preparing of ingredients required for making dim sum, including but not limited to dough, fillings, and garnishes.
  • Complete all preparations for the dim sum section, including cleaning, tool maintenance, and raw material preparation.
  • Prepares dumplings or buns by rolling or folding the skins, stuffing them with filling, sealing them securely, and arranging them neatly in a steamer for cooking.
  • Organize food production in a cost effective and hygienic manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
