The Talent Operations Manager oversees recruitment operations and employee training administration to ensure the company attracts, hires, and develops top talent efficiently. This role manages end-to-end recruitment processes, talent systems, and training logistics, driving standardization, compliance, and data-driven decision-making across sites. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and a passion for building scalable talent programs. Key responsibilities include:

Recruitment Operations & Process Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment workflows, from job requisition to onboarding transition.
  • Manage headcount planning, requisition tracking, and approval flow in alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, plan headcount in alignment with business strategy.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external recruiting agencies, manage contracts, and evaluate performance.
  • Oversee job posting strategy, branding consistency, and candidate experience across platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable labor laws and regulations.

Training & Development

  • Plan and coordinate employee training programs including onboarding, mandatory compliance, and functional skill development.
  • Manage the training calendar, registration, logistics, and completion tracking across departments and sites.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with managers to assess training needs and coordinate external or vendor-led sessions.
  • Support rollout of new training programs (e.g., performance management, leadership development training).
  • Track training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bacherlor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Min 8 years in full cycle recruitment including hands-on technical recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or technical positions.
  • Min 5 years in talent development, employee trainings, performance management
  • Exposure manufacturing environments with experience DL and IDL recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
