Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent Lead Manager who is based in Little Rock. You'll play a critical role as the first point of contact for our inbound leads, building rapport, qualifying opportunities, and setting the stage for acquisitions. This role will evolve into a part-time Acquisitions Manager position, offering significant growth opportunities for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Respond to all inbound leads with urgency via phone, text, and email
- Build rapport and create trust with potential sellers
- Pre-qualify leads using our scripts and criteria
- Organize and tag leads accurately in our CRM (REsimpli)
- Set appointments and hand off qualified leads to the acquisitions team
- Follow up relentlessly on older leads to uncover new opportunities
- Maintain daily communication cadence with sales team on lead statuses
Future (Acquisitions Management Training & Support)
- Ride along and shadow acquisition appointments
- Participate in sales training and negotiation development
- Learn contract writing, offer structuring, and deal analysis
- Gradually begin running appointments and closing deals as a part-time Acquisitions Manager
Required Skills & Traits
- Must live in Little Rock or surrounding areas and be available for in-person activity
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Able to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through
- Growth mindset – eager to learn and move up within the company
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred (REsimpli experience a bonus)
- Prior real estate or inside sales experience a plus, but not required
Compensation
- Base Salary + Bonus per qualified appointment & performance KPIs
- Additional commissions available as you move into Acquisitions
- Paid training and opportunities for advancement within a growing company

- Has strong attention to detail and organization
- Will follow structured processes and improve them over time
For future Acquisitions responsibilities, a moderate I or D score is a bonus.
