Job Responsibilities: As a Leasing Manager, you will lead and support our leasing operations, guide Leasing Consultants, and help drive occupancy and revenue through exceptional customer service and strategic marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assists the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager in all aspects of leasing, marketing, and preparation of lease packets, reports, and paperwork
- Executes marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals
- Performs all leasing activities with an unwavering commitment to our "It's About You" customer service philosophy
- Provides ongoing supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring for Leasing Consultants
- Trains team members in exceptional customer service and effective leasing techniques
- Prepares market surveys and marketing reports as directed
- Supports renewal programs through follow-up and customer service
- Actively works to maintain leasing evaluation scores of 95%+; participates in ongoing evaluations and retraining if needed
- Participates in loyalty and retention program execution
- Conducts daily inspections of leasing office, amenities, models, and ready units to ensure presentation readiness
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or NALP certification is preferred
- A minimum of two (2) year experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant, in the multi-family housing, hospitality, sales or similar industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate leasing staff
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of leasing practices and Fair Housing regulations is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings

- Rental Discount of 50%
