What You'll Get to Do

The EHS Manager provides strategic leadership, mentoring, and expert guidance to drive health, safety, and environmental excellence across our three facilities located in Vernon, CA. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about safety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys solving complex challenges. A vital member of the Environmental Health & Safety Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Lead and mentor facility teams to implement effective health, safety, environmental, and loss prevention programs.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide company-wide leadership on safety initiatives and assist with program implementation.
  • Analyze safety performance data and drive action plans to meet health and safety targets.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports including incident documentation, regulatory submissions (OSHA, EPA), audit findings, performance metrics (TRIR, DART), and corrective action tracking to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

 What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Safety preferred)
  • 5+ years EHS experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
Position Pay Range $114,000—$160,000 USD
