We're expanding our kitchen team and looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who take pride in creating high-quality products.

Position Summary:

We're hiring for multiple part-time kitchen production roles, ranging from Production Assistants to Kitchen Supervisors. Team members will help prepare, cook, package, and store our signature waffles. Supervisors will lead production days and ensure quality, safety, and consistency.

Production currently takes place 1–2 days per week, with 4–6 hour shifts depending on volume. As we continue to grow, additional hours may become available.

Responsibilities (based on role and experience):

  • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
  • Cook waffles using commercial waffle irons and production equipment.
  • Cut, portion, and package finished waffles for freezing and distribution.
  • Label and store products according to food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow sanitation procedures.
  • Support setup, cleanup, and inventory management.
  • (Supervisor) Lead production days, assign tasks, and ensure consistent product quality.
  • (Supervisor) Train team members and maintain compliance with food safety requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Prior kitchen, bakery, or food production experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • (Supervisor) ServSafe Manager Certification (or equivalent) required.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-time: 1–2 production days per week, typically 4–6 hour shifts.
  • Pay range: $13.50–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience and certification level.
