Job Description
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Responsible for managing and consolidating annual budget, forecast and month end reporting for at least two North America Central functions (WW Functions or NA Market specific)
• Controlling support to Supply chain, Customs & Sales for ad-hoc topics related to improve working capital and customs/foreign trade law regulations.
• Support Region Operational team to drive improvements (as Premium freight, budgeted costs, customer reimbursements)
• Key participant in harmonization projects in all financial areas for North America Region.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate finance environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically pivot tables
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
