Sparkling Image Car Wash is looking for a great leader to join our team as a Location Manager. This is a key role, and we are really seeking someone who has great leadership skills and will be dedicated and take ownership of their location in every aspect of the business.

Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation's largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.

This position is located in Bartlett, TN.

  • Complete training program no experience in the car wash industry required.
  • Restaurant managers do very well in our business.
  • Hours of operation are from 8-6 daily.
  • Career advancement opportunities.
  • An annual bonus based on exceeding profit budget.
  • Closed Easter, New Years Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and 4th of July.
  • This is a salary position with an annual bonus program.

Sparkling Image is one of the largest full-service car wash and oil change companies in the nation operating in 7 states. We are looking to add a Car Wash Location Manager for one of the locations in the Indianapolis, IN area. This key position will manage the overall operation of our Car Wash and Detail Center.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers.
  • Oversee and manage daily operation of the location with profit and loss responsibilities.
  • Responsible for overall store safety, recruiting and hiring, employee orientation, performance management, training, developing, scheduling, and inventory.

  • Desire to manage a business activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Exercise hands on leadership and setting the example
  • Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and increased business.
  • Desire to learn and develop.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a leading position.
  • Experience managing a group of 30 to 40 employees.
  • Experience in a position that dealt with customer's face to face
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong work ethic and motivation
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • A valid state driver's license
  • work every weekend
