Salary: $60,000-$70,000 Per Year

Description
Lead the Payor Enrollment process to enhance efficiency and compliance in a growing provider network.

Bring extensive knowledge in provider credentialing and enrollment.

Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Demonstrate leadership skills, particularly with remote or offshore teams.

Maintain high organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise credentialing team tasks and prioritize completion of credentialing processes.

Manage offshore teams to ensure quality and consistency in workflows.

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, conducting performance reviews.

Oversee processing of credentialing applications and manage payor enrollment processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credentialing and enrollment challenges.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and conduct credentialing audits.

Provide updates and reporting on credentialing metrics to leadership.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

4 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, including provider and facility credentialing.

2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, including managing remote teams.

Strong knowledge of payor enrollment processes and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency with credentialing software and reporting tools.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
