Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for technology sales. (YOU NEED TO BE 21+ FOR THIS POSITION.)

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures

- Assist with inventory management and merchandising

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers

- Strong selling skills to promote products and close sales

- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus

- Basic math skills for processing transactions

- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
