- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering or component fabrication, ideally in nuclear or high-performance industrial systems
- Strong working knowledge of ASME BPVC Section VIII and related design and inspection standards
- Experience with nuclear quality assurance frameworks (10 CFR 50, Appendix B) is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multi-disciplinary technical issues across diverse teams
- Proven ability to make informed, independent engineering decisions in complex, first-of-a-kind environments
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed and international teams
Benefits
- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- Flexible remote or hybrid work options
- Opportunities for professional growth and continued technical development
- Inclusive and collaborative work culture fostering innovation and engineering excellence
- Exposure to groundbreaking clean energy projects that shape the future of sustainable power
