You will utilize your expertise to oversee and ensure successful delivery of Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $5M to $150M+. Acting as both a player and coach, you will mentor a group of junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators while serving as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle from programming through construction close-out. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in driving project success while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.What your day-to-day will look like:Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close outAct as player/coach and mentor a group of junior Project Managers and Project CoordinatorsDevelop high level estimates and schedules as part of the overall strategy and business casePrepare project updates, identifying and communicating risks early while providing solutions to meet client-driven schedules and budgetsCollaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with client goalsDevelop Master Project schedules and manage project performance against multiple concurrent projectsGuide clients and teams through the design implementation process from conceptual through construction documentationPrepare RFPs for design and contractor services and manage the overall vendor selection processRequired Qualifications:10-15+ years of experience in project management and leading real estate strategies, with a focus on Corporate InteriorsExperience managing multiple diverse types of Corporate Interior projects, varying from $5M to $100M+ in sizeAbility to manage 8-12 projects simultaneouslyFirm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industryProven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completionStrong leadership and communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience managing and mentoring teams of Project Managers and Project CoordinatorsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.Experience managing complex high-end/high-touch Corporate Interior projectsExcellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize multiple projectsStrong critical thinking skills and ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environmentsProven ability to motivate and manage multiple stakeholder groupsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office ProductsExperience reading construction plans and identifying potential areas of concern or hidden costsLocation:OnsiteThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
