  • Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and functionalities to meet business requirements. 
  • Implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and other business systems. 
  • Conduct system configurations and customizations to enhance the ServiceNow platform's capabilities. 
  • Provide expert advice on ServiceNow best practices, design principles, and implementation strategies. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment. 
  • Lead technical aspects of project delivery, including coding, script writing, and process automation. 
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams. 
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable, adhering to enterprise architecture standards. 
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices. 
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or 4+ years of related work experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow development and consulting 
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, Developer, or similar role. 
  • Certification in ServiceNow System Administration, Application Development, or Implementation Specialist is highly desirable. 
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP). 
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom application development. 
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex integrations.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
