The Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a vital part of our operations, ensuring products move efficiently and accurately from the moment they arrive until they are shipped out. Key Responsibilities:

  • Hard Work & Efficiency: Accurately and efficiently handle the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity & Reliability: Consistently maintain accurate inventory records and operate with honesty and dependability. We trust our team to get the job done right every time.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues, assisting where needed to ensure the entire team succeeds.
  • Growth Mindset: Actively learn and master various warehouse operations and equipment pallet jacks, forklift operation pending certification.
  • Safety & Order: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

  • A Strong Work Ethic: Must be reliable, punctual, and prepared to give your best effort every day.
  • Integrity: You are honest, responsible, and operate with a high moral standard.
  • Ambition: You are eager to learn the business from the ground up and aspire to take on more responsibility.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 80lbs pounds regularly.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems are a plus.
  • Prior warehouse experience is helpful, but we will train the right individual who demonstrates the core values we need.
