We are looking for a proactive Financial Analyst to support core financial operations, including planning, reporting, and performance analysis. The role involves interpreting financial data, building models, and generating insights that guide strategic and operational decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, business understanding, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance and trend analyses.
  • Monitor key financial and operational metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Analyze revenue, cost drivers, profitability, and financial statements to support strategic decisions.
  • Partner with internal teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and evaluate business initiatives.
  • Support preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
  • Assist with scenario modeling, cost analysis, and financial deep dives as required.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools to improve financial visibility and efficiency.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects, presentations, and executive summaries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Business Analysis roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (highly desirable).
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, financial modeling, and analytical frameworks.
  • Experience working with SQL or other analytical tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking ability, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78, $105,294.00 per year
