The Director of Dining Services oversees daily operations for a corporate dining account at AMD, serving breakfast and lunch to staff and visitors. This Monday–Friday position, 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with occasional evenings and three mandatory out-of-state meetings, manages a team of three hourly associates and ensures exceptional food quality and service. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, effective client management, and a focus on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal departments
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and deliver top-quality food
• Oversee all financials, including P&L and budgeting for the account
• Implement new culinary programs and operational initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred
• 3–5 years of foodservice operations experience
• Proven success in high-volume production and catering
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance
• Desire to grow within a leading foodservice organization
