Empower Care Plus Solutions is seeking compassionate and skilled PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential care to our clients in home settings. As a CNA with our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily living needs of our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and respiratory rate.
  • Basic Medical Tasks: Perform tasks like wound care, applying bandages, and assisting with medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Home Management: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Communication and Reporting: Communicate client needs and health changes to the care team and update client records as necessary.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Educate clients and their families on emergency procedures and provide support during crises.

Requirements

  • Certification: Current CNA certification in the state of Colorado.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
  • Experience: Prior experience in home health care is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits
