Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant, located in Augusta, GA. The Sales Administrator will perform various tasks such as managing sales orders, coordinating with customers and the sales team, ensuring data accuracy, and generating sales reports. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the sales department.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience and ability to handle inquiries
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Associate's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for trade shows, customer visits, and company meetings
