Director Project Management

POSITION OVERVIEW

Under the direction and supervision of the Senior Vice President, Integrated Services, the Director of ED Project Management ("Director") leads the project management team ("PM Team") made up of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Associate Project Managers. The PM team at Cimplifi aims to drive an exceptional client experience through exemplary responsiveness, a consultative approach, and adoption of Cimplifi technologies and best practice workflows. The Director is responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing internal and external project communications of pod members. This position requires strong people management, extensive client experience, and leadership skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

In this capacity, a Team Lead's primary responsibilities are:

• Delivers strategic, and results-oriented leadership to promote team and individual

excellence.

• Drives team results in the areas of technology, workflow and process proficiency, issue resolution, and department and/or company objectives and initiatives.
• Drives documentation and regulation of Cimplifi PM standards, as well as with project

workflow tasks.

• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop project management team members, including leading pod member onboarding and supplying quarterly career development sessions.
• Track team utilization and ensure proper resourcing for all projects assigned to pod.
• Works with leadership to establish the "Cimplifi Way" of Professional Services.
• Ensures consistency across all PMs in consultative communication and standards.
• Provides client support to project management team, particularly with high profile
• matters, though workflow guidance and/or handling client escalations.
• Collaborates with Sales as necessary.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM preferred.
• Minimum (5) years eDiscovery project management experience in either a Law Firm, or eDiscovery services provider.
• At least 2 years' experience leading an eDiscovery team working on large scale global eDiscovery matter(s). Prior experience managing people is preferred.
• Adept at leading by example and fostering a collaborative and healthy work environment.
• Ability to delegate tasks as appropriate to pod team members; drive and motivate a high performing team.
• Experience with supporting sales professionals in client-facing meetings.
• Ability to use metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to automate
• workflows to improve efficiency.
• Ability to cultivate positive and professional relationships both internally and externally

GOALS & VARIABLE COMPENSATION

Variable compensation will be tied to annual goals set during Performance Review planning.

Pay: $165, $185,000.00 per year
