Position Overview

The Facilities Associate supports the daily operations, cleanliness, and upkeep of the corporate office and nearby company facilities. This role blends janitorial responsibilities with light maintenance, supply stocking, and general support for workplace activities. Reliability, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. Reliable transportation is required for occasional travel to other corporate facilities.

As a Facilities Associate you will:

  • Maintain cleanliness of offices, restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common spaces

  • Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal

  • Restock supplies and ensure shared spaces remain tidy

  • Perform basic repairs such as changing bulbs, unclogging drains, or tightening fixtures

  • Prepare and reset spaces for meetings, training sessions, and events

  • Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, offices, and break rooms

  • Respond to facility-related requests in a professional and timely manner

  • Support occasional deep cleaning, special projects, or seasonal needs.

 

What we're looking for in you:

  • Basic maintenance knowledge (light plumbing, electrical, carpentry)

  • Understanding of cleaning methods and sanitation practices

  • Ability to organize tasks and manage supplies

  • Clear and professional communication skills

  • Problem-solving ability for small facility issues

  • Physical stamina; able to lift/move up to 50 lbs

  • Reliable transportation for off-site support.
