Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Site Manager opportunity in Carlsbad, NM.
Job Description:
As the Site Manager, manages staffing support contracts and supports operations management for the client site. The role encompasses administrative oversight, recruitment support, and the cultivation of strong client and partner relationships. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality project execution through effective financial oversight, contract compliance, and collaborative engagement with internal teams, the client, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison with the client on programmatic and contractual matters.
- Directs daily operations associated with the contract and personnel assigned to the client, aligning project execution with client needs and expectations.
- Oversees all aspects of staff augmentation operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitors contract budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with project goals.
- Conducts site visits to evaluate project status, support field operations, and contribute to administrative and evaluative efforts.
- Supports workforce recruitment, personnel onboarding, site indoctrination, and contract transition activities.
- Ensures all projects and personnel remain aligned with the contract scope of work, offering feedback on progress reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Addresses performance issues and serves as the liaison for employee concerns and investigations.
- Delivers regular briefings to senior leadership on contract performance, identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
- Drives business development by identifying opportunities to expand the company's capabilities and service offerings with the client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in operations management, contract administration, and/or staffing services.
- Prior experience with government or large-scale staffing contracts is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client, partner, and staff personnel engagement.
- High level of organizational and administrative capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Job Requirements:
- United States Citizenship
- Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings as needed.
