Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA. As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with law firm clients to deliver expert guidance on scaling their businesses. Responsibilities include assessing clients' existing operations, developing customized business strategies, and providing actionable recommendations for sustained growth. You will regularly conduct consultations, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with clients to implement business solutions that improve revenue, productivity, and organizational efficiency. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on the latest developments in law firm management and use your expertise to contribute to 8 Figure Firm's thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in business strategy development, operational efficiency, and client relationship management
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and coach clients effectively
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in consulting, business advisory services, or legal firm operations is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a relevant field
  • Experience in the legal industry or with law firm operations is a plus
