We are expanding our team We are a facial plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills specializing in advanced surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. We are dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized care with a commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction. We are seeking a dependable, professional, and personable Clinical Assistant to join our close-knit team and contribute meaningfully to both clinical care and behind-the-scenes operations.

Position Overview:

This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and enjoys working in a calm, detail-oriented environment. It offers a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with a renowned facial plastic surgeon and participate in many aspects of patient care. This well-rounded role is especially rewarding for those who value meaningful patient interactions and take pride in contributing to a high-quality, supportive practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the physician during injectable treatments, minor procedures, consultations, and follow-ups.

Welcome and assist patients during the check-in and check-out process.

Support pre-op and post-op patient care.

Prepare treatment rooms.

Record vital signs and medical history.

Document and transcribe medical notes.

Prepare instruments for sterilization.

Manage inventory and restock supplies.

Assist with front office tasks as needed, such as answering phones and emails.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinical workflow and excellent patient experience.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1+ years of clinical experience in this role or similar (LVN and MA welcome to apply).

Prior experience in plastic surgery or a medical spa is preferred.

Cheerful, approachable, and always attentive to patient needs.

Professional and detail-oriented.

Compensation: $21 - $35 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
