Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Engineer located in Bay Area, with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. Day-to-day tasks will involve supporting and managing technical sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, conducting presentations, and collaborating closely with clients to design and implement solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction through technical expertise and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide expert insight, troubleshoot issues, and design effective solutions.
  • Proven abilities in Sales and Customer Service to develop and nurture client relationships, meet targets, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Experience in the technology or engineering industry is a plus.
  • An ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage tasks both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
