As a Training Content Developer with us, you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes – designing engaging, intuitive training materials that help both customers and internal teams understand and use our software products with confidence.

You'll craft content that turns complex technical information into clear, concise resources. Think videos, guides, eLearning modules, SOPs, and interactive resources—all delivered with consistency and style. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create compelling, trainer-ready content—including guides, visuals, eLearning modules, and multimedia—designed to make software training effective and enjoyable.
  • Develop and maintain polished documentation such as user guides, SOPs, workflows, reports, and knowledge base articles.
  • Utilize authoring tools such as Camtasia or similar platforms to develop multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to get the information you need and shape it into accessible, high-quality content.
  • Rapidly learn and assimilate complex technical concepts, ensuring a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Transform technical details into engaging learning materials, ensuring non-technical users can understand and succeed with our products.
  • Ensure content is always accurate, up-to-date, and easy to follow, supporting both internal teams and external users.
  • Keep the Learning Management System (Litmos) organized, clean, and current with the latest versions of content.

Job Location:

Hybrid Remote (Houston, TX) or Fully Remote within the U.S.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a corporate environment, demonstrating the ability to convert complex processes into effective and compelling training materials.
  • 2+ years (preferably 5+ years) of experience curating and creating content as an instructional designer, technical writer, or similar role.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills with a sharp eye for grammar, clarity, and tone.
  • Proficiency with content authoring tools like Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, graphic design, journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience operating as an empowered and accountable contributor within a corporation.
  • Adaptable to working both remotely and in the office.
  • Currently eligible to work in the U.S. without assistance in getting an employment visa or work authorization.

Preferences – Not Required

  • Familiarity with software development environments or SaaS-based companies.
  • Experience managing and publishing content in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • A passion for video production and creating visually appealing, video-based learning experiences.
