People & Talent Partner

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our team. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of hiring best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

o Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

o Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across the organization including sales staff, administrative staff, production workers, engineers, and leadership positions.

o Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

o Maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.

o Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work through social media, career fairs, and community outreach.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.

o Support employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives.

o Assist with other HR functions such as employee engagement, retention strategies, and workforce planning.

o Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency with HR Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with EEO, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and other employment regulations.
  • Comfortable handling multiple open positions and tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive, and productive workplace culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
