Electrical Project Manager
with
Hertz Electric
, you will oversee commercial electrical projects from inception to completion. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring all project phases are executed seamlessly. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for problem-solving, team leadership, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, ensuring alignment with project specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to streamline project tasks.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and documented according to company and industry standards.
• Oversee project procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues.
• Utilize project management tools (such as Procore and Company Cam) to manage schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in project management within the electrical or construction field, with a strong preference for commercial project experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings; proficiency in Procore and Company Cam is a plus (training available).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capacity for troubleshooting and resolving project issues in a timely and effective manner.
• An OSHA 40 certification is required for work in New Jersey, while a New York City DOB SST card is mandatory for work in New York City.
