This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager with 10+ years of IT and ERP/HCM project management experience. The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Cloud implementation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of project milestones.

In this role, you will serve as both a subject matter expert and an execution leader, driving end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud programs at global, regional, and local levels. This position requires strong client engagement skills, risk and delivery management capabilities, and the ability to support organizational growth through presales, Solutioning, and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate activities across functional, technical, and integration teams.
  • Lead requirement workshops and support solution design discussions.
  • Track issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Manage client communication, expectations, and escalations.
  • Support testing cycles, cut over planning, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud and project management best practices.


Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience managing Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Experience working with onshore/offshore delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Oracle implementation methodologies.
  • At least one full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud project was delivered as a Project Manager.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives, technical teams, and end users.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Active PMP Certification.
