Job Summary:

We are seeking a TIG Welder to join our production team. This position is responsible for performing TIG welding operations to assemble stainless steel components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality parts production, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The TIG Welder plays a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards while contributing to our culture of teamwork and innovation.

Primary Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with setup and operation of TIG welding machines and tools
  • Perform TIG welds following supervisor instructions, blueprints, or work orders
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety rules and manufacturing procedures
  • Support process improvements and product quality initiatives
  • Perform additional work-related duties as assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or metalworking environment
  • Completion of a welding certification or technical school program
  • Basic understanding of TIG welding, metal fabrication, or blueprint reading

Physical Demands:

  • Almost continual standing or walking
  • Occasional kneeling, bending, and manual dexterity with hands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Moderate visual focus required for weld accuracy and safety monitoring

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent work in a non-climate-controlled environment with seasonal temperature changes
  • Exposure to manufacturing noise and welding equipment
