About the Role

A global enterprise AI organization is seeking a
Senior AI Solutions Director
to drive end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge
Enterprise AI solutions
within the
Energy (Oil & Gas)
sector. This role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, and technical innovation—leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver transformative outcomes for large-scale energy clients.

You'll oversee delivery from
concept to execution
, ensuring alignment between AI innovation and business objectives. This role also partners closely with executive leadership to craft new market propositions, win new business, and strengthen long-term client relationships across the energy portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery

Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise AI programs—from design to deployment—ensuring projects meet scope, quality, and compliance standards.

Strategic Innovation

Collaborate with senior leadership to define AI roadmaps and design proofs of concept that solve real-world challenges in exploration, production, and sustainability.

Client Engagement

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, driving client satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for growth and long-term partnership.

Business Development

Support proposal creation, solution presentations, and scoping activities to drive new business wins and account expansion.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor technical teams (data science, engineering, product, design) across global projects—fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

  • PhD in
    Petroleum Engineering
    or related technical field
  • 10+ years of
    AI, data science, or technical leadership
    experience, ideally in
    Energy / Oil & Gas
  • Proven ability to lead and scale multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Deep understanding of
    software engineering, data infrastructure, and applied AI
  • Strong business acumen with experience
    managing enterprise client relationships
    and delivering measurable results
  • Experience in
    fast-paced, high-growth
    or scaling environments
