Pay:

  • $11.70/hour plus tips - because great service deserves great rewards

Schedule:

  • Part-time lunch or dinner shifts (restaurant is open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

All that you need is:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 2+ years of experience in bartending or serving
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems like Aloha
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Math and budgeting skills
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to learn and master systems
  • Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR PART-TIME BARTENDER?

As our part-time Bartender, you bring your A-game, setting up a fresh, clean, and fully stocked bar. You greet arriving guests with a smile, recommending handcrafted margaritas or local beers while preparing drinks with flair. Keeping the bar inviting, you balance orders from servers and walk-up guests, ensuring everyone feels welcome. Your goal is to create a memorable experience that keeps patrons coming back. Behind the scenes, you manage inventory, handle payments, and support your team as needed.

Founded in 1989 by the late Bill Nelson, the original El Encanto Restaurant and Cantina successfully grew in the center of Cave Creek, Arizona that allowed us to expand the sights, sounds, and tastes of Mexico with an authentic Mexican atmosphere.
