Interview Process

We keep it straightforward and honest:

• Quick call with our hiring team (~20–30 min)
• ride-along with a senior tech to see what the job is like (half or full day)
• Call from the hiring manager to finalize the hiring process

You Should Apply If:

• You've worked in something physical or customer-focused before (landscaping, bartending, delivery, construction, etc.)

You Shouldn't Apply If:

• You don't like working outside in the heat or cold
• You avoid customer interaction
• You can't follow directions or standard processes
• You dislike driving — your company vehicle is your mobile office

What You'll Do:

• Drive to residential/commercial pools in your company truck
• Clean pools, balance chemicals, and perform weekly service
• Diagnose issues with pool systems (pumps, vacuums, filters)
• Recommend and quote repairs or equipment upgrades
• Communicate clearly with the office and customers
• Keep your truck clean, organized, and stocked
• Use Pool Brain (our app) to track service, photos, and chemical readings

Requirements:

• Be a good human — we only hire people with integrity
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, kneel, and work outside year-round
• Valid driver's license for 3+ years with clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for routing and reporting
• GED or high school diploma is a plus, but not required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
