JOB SUMMARY:

The System Test Team is responsible for planning and analyzing all Missile Defense System (MDS) ground and flight tests involving the program. Ground test types include pairwise tests, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI), Integrated Ground Tests (GTI), Distributed Ground Tests (GTD), cyber tests, Space Domain Awareness (SDA) events, and pre-flight Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) efforts. Flight tests are conducted using pre-determined sensors and shooters, and international events often include a combination of both ground and flight testing.

We are looking for a System Test SME who leads the planning and coordination of assigned test events, focusing on the development and implementation of required test artifacts such as:

• Test Objectives and Architectures

• Data Item Descriptions and Defense Designs

• Sensor Resource Management (SRM) settings

• Operational Tasking Data Link (OPTASKLINK), Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI) configurations, and Forwarding Tables

• CDS, TDACS, TRAUT TDACS, and Communications Connectivity Matrices

• Event Configuration Baseline (ECB) documentation

• System Adjustable Parameters (SAPs) and Site-Specific Parameters (SSPs)

• BDR and PR applicability

• Certification Data Packages

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning reviews, customer boards, and coordination meetings

• Support data management and interface with development teams

• Assist government personnel during test execution phases as requested

• Support anomaly resolution, troubleshooting, and post-test analysis

• Contribute to Failure Review Boards (FRBs) and related analysis activities

EDUCATION: Bachelors with 9+ Years of Experience, or Masters with 7+ Years of Experience

LOCATION: Full Time/ On-Site in Colorado Springs, Colorado

CLEARANCE REQUIRMENT: Secret

DOD 8570 REQUIREMENT: None

SALARY RANGE: $120,000 to $145,000

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary. Estimated Pay Range $120,000—$145,000 USD
