JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a System Analyst to support the evaluation of system performance through the development of metrics, statistical analysis, and data-driven insights. The role involves identifying patterns and trends in test datasets using statistical methods and modeling techniques to validate hypotheses. Candidates will contribute to technical problem-solving, tool development, and provide actionable insights to the test team and decision-makers. Collaboration with the development team is essential to communicate findings and assist in anomaly resolution. Experience in data visualization, simulation, and software tool maintenance is highly valued. Candidate is expected to travel as needed (less than 10%) but the majority of work will be conducted in Colorado Springs, Co. Some non-standard work hours are possible due to test event schedules.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

•    Experience working in Linux environment.

•    Strong background in Mathematics and Physics.

•    Working knowledge of ballistic or non-ballistic missile defense concepts, Command and Control (C2) systems, defense communication systems, the Missile Defense System (MDS) in general, and Space Domain Awareness.

•    Experience with object-oriented coding language (i.e. Python,  Java, ect..)

•    Experience manipulating and working with large data sets.

•    Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.

EDUCATION:  Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or other STEM field from an accredited college.
LOCATION: Full Time/ On-Site at Schriever Base in Colorado Springs, CO
CLEARANCE REQUIRMENT: Secret
DOD 8570 REQUIREMENT: IAT - Level II 
SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $122,000

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
