Your primary focus will be to manage deal workflow while fostering client relationships and business growth. You will work both independently and as part of a team, and will occasionally supervise or manage the workload of Senior Analysts and Analysts. Our Transaction Manager will manage and work with professionals across a wide variety of disciplines and business units. This is a high-volume client-facing environment that is fun, fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic and inclusive.Maintain comprehensive project oversight ensuring all initiatives remain on track through rigorous timeline management, deliverable coordination, and quality assurance across all client engagementsDrive operational efficiency across team functions by streamlining RFP processes, pitch development, prospecting workflows, and client outreach activities while maintaining robust prospect tracking systemsProactively anticipate client and team needs, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions before requests are made, maintaining a forward-thinking approach to project managementOversee master project tracking system encompassing pipeline management, deliverable coordination, action item delegation, and systematic follow-up protocols to ensure seamless project executionCoordinate daily and weekly strategic meetings to drive critical support functions and maintain momentum across all active engagements and business development activitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive status dashboards and tracking systems for pursuit activities and transaction management, providing real-time visibility into project statusExecute comprehensive deal administration including CRM system management, representative agreement processing, NDA coordination, scope of work development, RFP creation, and LOI preparationProvide executive calendar management and comprehensive meeting support including briefing preparation, detailed note-taking, action item documentation, and systematic follow-up coordinationProcess and coordinate NDA execution, proposal development, RFP response management, and conduct systematic follow-up communications to advance deal progressionCoordinate targeted email communications and marketing outreach initiatives while maintaining organized file management systems across all client engagementsAssist in developing client deliverables including offering memorandums, summary decks, management of RFP analysis, property reviews and moreClient facing at timesInterested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:Required 3+ years commercial real estate transaction or leasing experience or data center experiencePreferred Understanding of & commitment to client services with superior negotiation, leasing & interpersonal skills including verbal & written communicationAbility to build relationships & interact effectively with business partners & clientsProject management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, & the ability to work both independently & with a teamWillingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, assignments & to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related is preferredReal estate brokerage or salesperson's licenseEstimated compensation for this position:79,600.00 – 90,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
