Assistant Manager, Membership Partnerships & Rewards
Purpose & Context Within Greater Organization
Working on the Membership team, within the DTC Marketing Organization you will be a part of the team driving the brand forward through consumer loyalty, acquisition, and retention.
The Membership team's responsibility is to refine and ensure the NAM Membership strategy is executed successfully within the CA and US markets, based on the global Membership strategy and aligned to the overall NAM DTC Marketing strategy. In this role, you support with stakeholder management with both internal and external partners and stakeholders and drive change within the Membership and greater digital and brand teams through designated activation. This role will support the daily coordination and execution and optimization of initiatives across partnerships, rewards, and product to enhance the Member value proposition. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative thinking, task management, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate, implement, and oversee rewards initiatives that enhance member loyalty, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure seamless execution of member products and partnerships across digital, retail, and live event channels.
- Maintain and evolve a comprehensive Membership Partnerships & Rewards playbook that outlines activation strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and redemption.
- Leverage member insights to support the development of the membership product rollout in collaboration with Merchandising, Digital Planning, and Retail.
- Build and manage a seasonal and annual membership product calendar focused on compelling and exclusive offerings, in partnership with Merchandising teams.
- Provide clear handovers and creative briefs to the Membership Engagement team for content creation, campaign activation, and communications support.
- Contribute to the development and execution of membership plans, ensuring alignment with CRM and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and go-to-market proposals that communicate strategy and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Membership Partnerships to ensure rewards, products, and partnerships are integrated into campaigns and membership strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with internal marketing teams to align on business objectives and shape strategic initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on rewards, providing strategic guidance to local and global membership teams on new initiatives and reward implications.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor programs to ensure our offerings remain innovative, competitive, and aligned with member expectations.

Knowledge And Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn, contribute, and adapt.
- Knowledge of basic UX principles, conversion optimization trends, eCommerce and app-based loyalty programs, and brand loyalty experiences.
- Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills and high level of strategic thinking
- Presentation and storytelling skills — Can assist in building clear, compelling decks and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and / or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups at various organizational levels
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business processes and partners
- Experience working in a data-driven organization and comfortable working with data to inform decision making
- Solid understanding of consumer messaging and brand reputation
- Broad understanding of and passion for the sports and fashion/entertainment industry
- Understanding of loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies
- Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience with loyalty program or B2B partnership's role is a plus
- Experience working with stakeholders at various seniority levels as well as subject matter experts across various functions
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
