Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement effective operational strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to contribute ideas for process improvements.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful operational strategies that drive efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
