This is a hands-on position working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with in-stock inventory and regular container shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations and material handling
  • Pick, stage, and prepare products from warehouse racking for customer orders
  • Load and unload containers, trucks, and pallets
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks (high-reach forklifts)
  • Assist with receiving, restocking, and organizing inventory
  • Work at elevated heights when accessing high storage racks
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for visible damage
  • Verify products and quantities against orders and inventory records
  • Communicate inventory issues, damages, or shortages to management
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Perform general warehouse duties as needed based on operational needs

(Additional responsibilities may be added as operations grow.)

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to ~50+ lbs
  • Fluent in English
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus, not required)
  • Experience with reach truck / high-reach forklift is a plus
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Must be comfortable working at heights (with safety harness/safety training)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Schedule & Hours

  • Full-time: 40–45 hours per week
  • Daytime schedule, Monday–Saturday (Schedule may vary base on needs)

Pay & Benefits

  • $16-$23 hourly. Competitive hourly pay based on experience
  • Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law
  • Opportunity for growth as the company expands

Work Environment

  • Warehouse setting with palletized inventory and racking systems
  • Use of forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Physical activity including lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift
