Accounts Receivable Coordinator
for a
direct hire
opportunity. This position plays a key role in managing the company's billing, collections, and cash application processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and process
    customer invoices
    accurately and on schedule
  • Post and apply
    customer payments
    , including ACH, wire, and checks
  • Reconcile
    A/R sub-ledger to the general ledger
  • Research and resolve
    billing discrepancies
    and payment issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date
    customer account records
  • coordinating with PMs to ensure proper documents are filed and retrieved
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing operations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 3+ years
    of experience in
    Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit/Collections
  • Strong understanding of
    A/R processes and GAAP principles
  • Construction industry experience required
  • Proficiency in
    ERP systems
    (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
  • Intermediate to advanced
    Excel skills
    (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
