About the Position

We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in precision welding of stainless steel and aluminum components, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy. This position plays a key role in maintaining our commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with company standards.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
  • Follow all safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of TIG welding experience (manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred).
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Must be dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or GED required; welding certification preferred.

Additional Skills & Requirements

  • MIG Welding
  • TIG Welding experience preferred
  • Must pass Welding Test
  • Ability to read blueprints preferred, ability to use tape measure
  • Experience with running saws, punches, and benders
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented

Equipment & Safety

All tools, welding equipment, and PPE are provided for the job.

Steel-toe shoes are required and must be provided by the employee.
