Position Summary:

The Parts and Services Manager – Denago Powersports is responsible for overseeing all aspects of parts inventory, service operations, and customer support within a high-performance powersports dealership. This role ensures operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership, process optimization, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the parts and service departments, ensuring alignment with sales and operational goals
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Develop and implement service protocols to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance
  • Supervise service technicians and parts staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Monitor KPIs including service turnaround time, parts sales, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, warranty procedures, and manufacturer guidelines
