Chicago, Illinois, United States Dscout Full time

At Dscout, we're building the most flexible and powerful UX research platform on the market—trusted by the world's top brands in finance (JP Morgan Chase, Intuit, Charles Schwab, PayPal), healthcare (Aya, Headspace), consumer goods (Keen, Verizon, Target, Northface), and tech (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Meta, Spotify, AirBnB). Our tools help teams deeply understand the humans behind their products, so they can build better ones. We are expanding our smart and driven team and would love for you to join us.

We're building the next chapter of our go-to-market engine — and we're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations who can help us scale with clarity and impact. In this role, you'll connect strategy to execution, making sure our teams operate with clean data, smart processes, and systems that actually work together.

You'll partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Enablement — while guiding a small RevOps team that keeps everyone moving in the same direction.

This isn't just an operations role — it's a chance to shape how we grow, make decisions, and serve our customers.

What You Will Do:
Power Revenue Insights

  • Turn data into clear dashboards, forecasts, and recommendations
  • Align goals across segments, territories, and teams
  • Improve forecast accuracy and reduce surprises

Own Our GTM Systems

  • Lead strategy and governance for Salesforce and core tools
  • Keep data clean, consistent, and trusted
  • Drive adoption and change management with teams

Make Processes Work Better

  • Map the journey from lead → customer → renewal
  • Create smart handoffs and accountability
  • Automate thoughtfully — only where it truly helps

Lead Compensation & Quotas

  • Oversee commissions operations and governance
  • Support plan design and scenario modeling
  • Ensure clarity around how reps get paid

Implement AI — Thoughtfully but quickly

  • Pilot AI where it adds value
  • Scale what works, responsibly and securely

What You Bring:

  • 7–12+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Deep Salesforce and analytics expertise
  • Hands-on work with quotas, commissions, and forecasting
  • Strong communication and executive presence

Bonus: startup experience, territory/CPQ experience, or AI-driven GTM tools.

Of course, what is outlined above is an ideal set of expectations; however, business needs and other projects and tasks may shift, and additional tasks could be assigned at the discretion of your manager.
